Admission Procedure & Registration
National Public School (Reg. No. 415) welcomes admission applications for Nursery, Kindergarten, and Primary to Middle School classes.
Please ensure you have all essential student and parent details prepared when completing the registration form:
- Student Full Name & Date of Birth
- Father’s & Mother’s Name, Occupation & Qualifications
- Aadhaar Card of Student & Parents
- Recent Passport-Size Photographs
- Age Certificate / Birth Registration
- Transfer Certificate (for transfers from other schools)
Document Checklist For Admission
Fresh Admissions
Birth registration certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/Panchayat or an affidavit from a public notary is mandatory.
Transfer Students
Students transferring from another recognized school must produce an authentic Transfer Certificate (T.C.) countersigned by competent authorities.
Supporting Records
Photocopies of previous year mark sheets/report card, student's & parents' Aadhaar cards, and four passport-sized photographs.
Prescribed Uniform Schedule
Clean, neatly ironed uniform is compulsory for all students in accordance with the prospectus guidelines.

School Rules & Regulations
Key guidelines from the school prospectus ensuring safety, punctuality, and excellence.
- The syllabus of C.B.S.E. is taught at the school and the primary medium of instruction and communication is English.
- A birth registration certificate or an affidavit from a public notary is mandatory for fresh admission.
- Morning assembly and daily prayer are strictly compulsory for all students and staff members.
- Books, belt, badge, school diary, tie, and other customized stationery items are provided by the school office on payment.
- Parents and guardians are expected to attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly to discuss their child's academic progress.
- Fees once deposited are non-refundable and non-transferable under all ordinary circumstances.
- Monthly tuition fees should be deposited by the due date. A late fee is applicable for delayed payments.
- Any act of indiscipline, bullying, or damage to school property is strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary action.
- A copy of the student’s and parent’s Aadhaar Card must accompany the registration form along with passport-size photographs.
- Students who have previously attended another school must furnish an authentic transfer certificate and the prior year's academic report card.
